Counting Method Dropdown Not Editable When Setting Up Unit And Amount Third Party Stock Count (Doc ID 2834052.1)

Symptoms

When setting up a Unit and Amount Stock Count, the Counting Method dropdown is disabled, thus the user is unable to select the Third Party options as the Counting Method.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into EICS
2. Navigate to Operations > Product Group
3. Select Create
4. Select Unit and Amount as Type
5. Enter Description
6. Enter Variance %
7. Note Counting Method dropdown is disabled
