Agent Console Doesn't Read Link's Label

Information in this document applies to any platform.
With the accessibility audio enabled, when tab through agent console's nav menu bar, it does not read the label. This causes the agent with visual impairment not able to know what the link is and not able to use the agent console.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to production agent console
2. Start at Home menu item, Tab or SHIFT Tab over the nav menu items. Listen to the audio output. Notice it doesn't read the link's label.
