In JET UI, Links Are Only Shown In "View" Mode Only, But Not When In "Edit" (Doc ID 2834571.1)

Goal

When accessing the claim in JET UI, the configured http links on both the Claim and Claim Lines levels are displayed only when the claim is in "View" mode. Once the user shifts to "Edit" mode, the links are no longer displayed. Is this expected behavior?
