Is it possible to have a approval to route to different approvers base on the absence balance,

e.g. if the remaining absence balance as of respective leave year end is +ve, 1 level to absence manager
If the remaining absence balance as of respective leave year-end is -ve, 2 level approval, 1st to absence manager, 2nd to HR Admin.
