ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When importing a CSV file for updating the document attributes, it shows the wrong time for the date and time picker field. Regardless of the date and time entered in the CSV file, it defaults it to 12:00 AM.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When importing a CSV file for updating the document attributes, it should show the correct time for the date and time picker field.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the env
2. Go to the shell
3. Navigation for the document: Document Manager
4. Documents
5. Select the project
6. Import CSV
7. A.csv
8. B.csv
9. C.csv
10. the issue date is for all the same dd/mm/yyyy 12:00 AM although in the CSV are 3 different times.
