On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Data Load
When attempting to submit a Remove Person Information process for terminated employees, the following error occurs for a few of the Person Numbers.

The mailing address must be valid on the current date.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a process to Remove Person Information for several terminated employees
2. Encounter the error message above for a few of the Person Numbers
