Dock Scheduling Workbench Gantt Chart does not Show Location Resource as Unavailable (Doc ID 2834869.1)

A Location Resource is created with a calendar configured with the Resource being CLOSED. When a shipment with this location is viewed on the Dock Scheduling Workbench, the Gantt chart doesn't show this resource as unavailable. Thus a false indication is given by OTM that the location resource has available slots , when it really does not.

It is expected that the Gantt chart on the Dock Scheduling workbench to reflect the availability of the location resource calendar accurately.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Operational Planning -> Appointment Management -> Dock Scheduling Workbench
2. Click "+" icon on pane titled "Shipments Needing Appointments" and then search for a respective shipment to add to the window. Ensure to select a shipment with stops that have configured location resources with calendars
3. In the "Shipment Stops" pane, click on the radio button for one of the respective stops in the column "In Gantt"
4. In the lower frame (Appointment Chart), the location resource is not blocked for a specific time that the calendar indicates the resource is closed
