Symptoms

Problem Description:

When attempting to accept a job offer, whether by the candidate or by a user accepting on behalf of the candidate, the following error occurs:

The candidate already has a job offer on the job application. (IRC-1590773). 

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.JBO.TxnValException, msg=JBO27023: Failed to Validate all rows in a transaction.

 


Finest logs reveal the following errors:
