Errors Encountered While Updating Sku Variants in Admin UI (Doc ID 2835055.1)

Symptoms

While using admin UI to update sku variants ordering you may encounter an error. You may have encountered this using the rest API as well seeing the following error.

"Could not update variation values order on product"

{"errorCode":"20011","message":"Must provide new property values.","status":"400"}
 

Changes

 Mostly likely a recent upgrade to environment to version that causes this
