The profile 'EXM_MOBILE_DISABLE_SCAN' is set to 'Y' to disable camera/attachment scan option from mobile per below document.
However, the scan option is still available from mobile:
1. Camera >> Click Image >> 2 options available Scan and Attach
2. View Expense Item >> Attachment >> 2 options available Scan and Attach
