Symptoms

When attempting to to create department with profit_cal_type 1 and purchase_type 1 the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Dc tool In stage/Dev
2. Import
3. Data Validation
4. Business Validation
5. In business validation few records are failing with the error as - Consignment and Concession stock can only be retail inventory.
