Omnichannel Resource Presence API Not Working Properly

The requirement is to fetch the status of resource omnichannel presence using the omnichannel REST API whenever the user/resource enables the available for chat interaction icon in oracle engagement cloud under service module but the API response returns null values of the user/resource availability status.
