Goal

Is there a provision using any of the RIB APIs to close a transfer or allocation?

Closing a Transfer and allocation-transfer in the following scenarios:

1. Partially shipped & received (cancel out the remaining/reserved quantities and close the transfer/allocation-transfer)
2. Fully shipped & received (close the transfer/allocation-transfer)
