Goal

In 21D, New Employment Start Dates is not displaying Employee even though the required Aggregate Privilege Name and Code are added to HR Specialist Role and Line Manager Role.

HR Specialist is not able to search the person other than their direct Reports but the same user is able to search all employees in other Quick links and from Person Management as well.

Please could you help us to make all the employees available in the search criteria.
