Symptoms

Problem Description:

When attempting to activate a Job Offer Letter Template item in the Recruiting Content Library, the following errors can be seen.

 

When activating a template that was previously saved as draft:

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error ##:

An error occurred while invoking task Recruiting Content Library. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.

 

When activating a template that has not first been saved as draft:

There was a problem with the storage system for the job offer letter template. (IRC-1590298)

The job offer letter template can't be uploaded to the BI Publisher server. Try again later.
