Notification Window with Record Number Does Not Occur When a Non-Worflow BP Record with an Attachment is Created (Doc ID 2835753.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier Any Version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a non-workflow Business Process (BP) record is created, if that record has an attachment, the notification window does not pop-up with the newly created record number. If an attachment is not added, the window does popup.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Unifier should display the notification window with the newly created BP record number when that record has an attachment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Navigate to Shell > non-workflow BP log
  3. Create a new BP record
  4. Fill in necessary information
  5. Click on the Attachment icon and add any attachment
  6. Click on Submit.
