How To Specify Which SKUs Of A Product To Be Used In The Collection (Doc ID 2835886.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 04, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Commerce Cloud Service - Version 21.4.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Select only certain SKUs of a product and use those into a particular collection.

Currently, if a product is used within multiple collections, all the SKUs associated with that product are available in the collections.

If trying to delete a SKU that should not be available in a specific collection, since the change is taking place at the product-level, that SKU will be removed from the other collections as well.

Hence, the requirement would be to have a way of selecting which of the SKUs to be available when the product is associated with a specific collection.

Example:

Product X has the following SKUs: 1001,1002,1003,1004,1005,1006
In the Collection A the Product X to have all SKUs => 1001,1002,1003,1004,1005,1006
In the Collection B the Product X to have only some SKU(s) => 1001,1003,1005

Is there any way to configure this?
