Manager Rating Is Visible For Employee With HR Role Before Sharing the Document (Doc ID 2836111.1)

Symptoms


The performance document template contains the share performance task, therefore, once manager rates all direct reports they should not be able to see manager ratings unless manager click on share and release on the performance document.

 

There are a group of employees who are able to see those ratings before manager clicks on Share and Release. It seems that those employees have also HR functions.
