Symptoms
Created item via XItem with a defined Net Weight of 2, but the item was created in RMS with a net weight of 20
Customer is able to create item using UI and will have the correct Net Weight
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Create an Item using XItem with item dimensions
2 - Verify the Net Weight value is not correct on RMS
