Symptoms
On : Unifier 21.6
Users randomly receive error popups performing Business Process (BP) tasks, such as opening a BP record, or sending a record to the next step when the action is triggered from the Home tab. The users click OK in the pop up message and are able to move on.

An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
