MDS Suddenly Started Running with "super-read-only" (Doc ID 2837282.1)

MySQL service was working fine and suddenly started giving error messages when alter/insert/create commands were executed in the MySQL DB.

Error Code: 1290. The MySQL server is running with the --super-read-only option so it cannot execute the statements
