Purpose

This document provides instructions for customers on how to raise a Service Request (SR) on My Oracle Support to create a Data Access Schema (DAS) environment by connecting Oracle Retail SaaS to the customers’ Oracle Cloud for Industries(OCI) tenancy for replication.

This document provides instructions for customers on how to raise a Service Request (SR) in My Oracle Support to install and configure source side Goldengate and DAS for the following Cloud Services.

 Retail Merchandising Cloud Services Suite 21.0 (and higher)

Retail Customer Engagement Cloud Services 20.0 ( and higher)

Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service 22.1.301 (and higher)
