Unable to Edit the Option "Display 'Total Amount' sum of line items at bottom of System tab" (Doc ID 2837315.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When going to the General tab for a Business Process (BP) in uDesigner, users are unable to uncheck the Display "Total Amount" sum of line items at bottom of System tab.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that when going to the General tab for a BP in uDesigner, that users would be able to uncheck the Display "Total Amount" sum of line items at bottom of System tab.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to environment
2. Navigate to Customer Workspace> uDesigner
3. Go to affected BP and double click to open
4. Click the Open button and select General
5. Click on Options tab
6. And notice that the Display "Total Amount" sum of line items at bottom of System tab checkbox is not editable
