Fusion Global HR: Non Primary Address Approval Issue - Null Object Reference (Doc ID 2838267.1)

Symptoms

Person Address Change approval is failing when a non-primary address is being added or deleted.

"Change Personal Information" Approval rule configured to handle the below scenario:
1- Approval - for any changes in Primary address
2- Auto approved - for non primary address

Attempted to access property "primaryFlag" in class "oracle.bpel.services.workflow.task.model.PersonalInformationRules.PersonAddressApproval" with a null object reference. at line 30 column 13 in /Ruleset(PersonalInformationRules)/Rule(ABCD


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter Fusion HCM as HR / Admin user
2. Add / Delete a non-primary address in Person data.
3. It triggers a Person Address Change transaction approval which fails.
