Null Pointer Exception On Download Foundation Data templates
 

ERROR

java.lang.NullPointerException, The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to RMS.
2. Go to Foundation Data -> Download Foundation Data.
3. Select Template type as Franchise and Template as Franchise Customers.
4. Click on the Download button and notice Java null pointer exception appears on the screen.
