Manage Procurement Agents

Unable to grant access to users. The only access displayed is Manage Suppliers

Manage Procurement Agents should show all accesses:

Manage Requisitions

Manage Purchase Orders

Manage Purchase Agreements

Manage Negotiations

Manage Sourcing Programs

Manage Catalog Content

Manage Suppliers

Manage Supplier Qualifications

Manage Approved Supplier List Entries

Analyze Spend

The issue can be duplicated in this customer's environment:
1. Navigate to Manage Procurement Agents
2. Query the User / Procurement BU
3. Review the user record

> Only Manage Suppliers access is displayed.
