Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Data Load

After upgrading to R13 22A, and when attempting to attached Salary Basis HDL file to load new records, the following error occurs.

The value of the attribute SalaryBasisType isn't valid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After upgrading to R13 22A, attempt to load attached Salary Basis HDL file to create new records
2. Encounter the error message above
