Symptoms

When attempting to run P6 Web Services code after upgrade to 20.12.9, the following error occurs.

The message cannot be processed because it has expired

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Upgrade P6 Web Services to 20.12.9.
  2. Run the P6 Web Services code.
  3. All requests fail with the reported error.
