Find that the "Base Salary-New" field is greyed out in "Manage in workbook" spreadsheet.

Although the column "Base Salary - New" is an updatable column, it is grayed out in the "manage in workbook" tool.

It is expected that all enterable fields in Compensation Worksheet to also be enterable in the downloaded workbook.

Why is the Base Salary-New field greyed out?
