Some Pages Preview With Garbled Text When Viewing BP Record Attachments Through Browser (Doc ID 2846489.1)

On : Unifier 21.9


When opening a Business Process (BP) record attachment PDF, a screen opens in the browser to view the document. Some pages are displayed as garbled text.  When the PDF is downloaded and opened in Adobe, the pages preview fine.


All pages should preview correctly when reviewing BP record attachments in the browser.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Navigate to desired Shell > desired BP > desired record
  3. Open the record
  4. Click Attachment Tab
  5. Click gear icon next to the problem attachmentand select Review
  6. Go to problem page(s) an notice text is garbled.
