On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Global Payroll
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The user have tried to process a refund, but it will not process on any off cycle.
Quick pay is not processing the element 'ABC' for refund.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to receive the refund as needed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Verify standard entries for employee;
2. Process Quick-Pay;
3. Verify Statement of Earnings;
4. Notice that the refund is not processed.
