On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Technology Management - Application Customization

Cannot translate custom tab name(Lable) using User Interface Text

We have custom group, custom page and custom tab for custom report show.
We trying to translate for custom page/label name, but it can not translate using User Interface Text.
So we search custom tab name, it cannot search using User Interface Text.

How to translate custom tab name/label(shows on mouse hover)?
