Symptoms
Users cannot sort using one (or more) columns available on a list view.
Examples include (but are not limited to):
•When sorting Candidate list views in Taleo Business Edition Recruit, columns like Location and Requisitions are not sortable.
• When sorting Requisition list views in Taleo Business Edition Recruit, columns like Requisition Owners are not sortable.
• When sorting Performance Review list views in Taleo Business Edition Perform, columns like Performance Review Approvers are not sortable.
In the example below from Taleo Business Edition Recruit, the User cannot sort by the Location or Requisitions columns available in a Candidate list view.
