Symptoms
Talent profile transactions are failing.
- The POD has moved from 21D to either 22A or 22B.
- Profile approval notifications are not sent to approvers when workers submit profile changes from Skills and Qualifications UI for approval. This should be replicable for all workers.
- The transaction console should display the following error message for the corresponding transactions.
NOTE: The steps provided below will revert all the rule customizations done for profile approval flows. Ensure to take screenshots of rule configurations for profile approval from BPM worklist or transaction console, so that the same changes can be done later.
