ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After following the steps to configure Fusion HCM ODA Chatbot, the questions and utterances work as expected, but the deep links to open a new tab or browser do not resolve, the page spins

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

the deep links should open a tab or browser as expected

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. configure ODA Chatbot for Fusion HCM
2. confirm that the questions and utterances work as expected
3. deep links which open a new tab or browser do not resolve, page spins
