Goal

When trying to configure an OIC DBaaS Adapter Connection to use Oracle Wallet (formerly known JDBC Over SSL) Security, the connection test fails with:

The connection test failed. Check your connect and use agent from agent group.

or

Unable to test connection PETERW_DBAAS.
CLOUD-0005: Unable to establish connection. Please check connection parameters; Network Adapter could not establish the connection. Please check the wallet credentials and ensure database is reachable.
