RTV authorization number allows a ',' (coma) character which causing integration to fail .

The out of the box RFI invoice flow to fusion fails or RTV invoices if a user enters ',' in the rtv authorization number field. This field is used to create the invoice number . As it contains ',' and fusion uses csv format files in their API which has ',' between the data which means the data gets corrupted.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an RTV and put ',' character within the RTV authorization field.
2. Notice that the invoice number will now contain ','.
3. The credit invoice will now fail when RTV sends it to fusion due to the ',' character.
