Symptoms

Following error occurs when splitting PO's

Error: ORA-01438 value larger than precision allowed for this column returned by program unit ORDER_STATUS_SQL.INSERT_ORDER_REVISION

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1) Find a PO with Truck Split setup (should generate decimals).
2) Split the PO (Action > Split PO).
3) Note the above error occurs.
