Symptoms

Getting below error when trying to receive an unshipped Allocation.

"[E] Error ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (""RMS01"".""SHIPSKU"".""SHIPMENT"") returned by program unit BOL_SQL.FLUSH_SHIPSKU_INSERT."

Steps To reproduce:
1. Receiving Messages is sent from WMS to RMS
2. Message Fails in RIHA-RMS

Message Family: Receiving
Message Type: ReceiptCre
