With 21D, Disability can be enabled for other countries.
Is it possible to have Disability enabled for Netherlands and also add the values
'Yes' and 'No' to 'Self Disclosed Disability'?
Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Disability Info
2. Click in the Field: 'Do you have a disability?'
3. See the values 'Yes' and 'No' are not in the list of values.
