Manage Transfer Orders UI Search Using Supply Request Reference Number is Taking Too Long / Freezing (Doc ID 2848341.1)

Symptoms

Searching with Supply Request Reference Number for all open and closed transfer orders results in gateway time and screen hangs.

ERROR
-----------------------
A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supply Chain Execution > Inventory Management
2. Click on task list and click open task "Manage Transfer Orders"
3. Add the column "Supply Request Reference Number" in search criteria
4. Toggle the status field from 'Open' to Null (no value).
5. Hit search.
6. After some time see the screen freezes and above error appears.
