Symptoms

Image assets that are published return error on publish API

https://example.com/content/published/api/v1.1/assets/CONTXXXX/Medium?format=jpg&type=responsiveimage&channelToken=XXXX

When accessing the image it times out with the following error -

{"detail":"Unable to download file. Exception type is 'intradoc.common.ServiceException'.","title":"Unable to render published item","type":"http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.html#sec10.5.1","status":"400"}
