Symptoms
You have integrated OCI Email Delivery with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and when trying to send mail or while testing connection to the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) MAIL server, you are getting the warning below in the OEM screen:
Pre-requisites completed:
- Generate SMTP credentials for a user
- Email domain with DKIM
- Create an approved sender
- Configure SPF on the approved sender domain
- Email Delivery is configured to send the email
