Fusion SLA-Unable To Show All Columns In Rule Condition Source Search (Doc ID 2848653.1)

When in the condition section of a rule the user uses the search dialog and
enable the  View > Columns > Show All  the dialog stops retrieving results
that were previously shown and misbehave, no search works anymore and the
dialog even disappears some times and the only way to see it again is getting
out of the edit screen and coming back

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit/Create an accounting or description rule.
2. In the condition section search for a source leaving the default columns
3.Search for any "Subledger Application"  that have sources
4. Now go to View > Columns > Show All
5. Search again and the results are no longer shown for any  "Subledger
Application" or seach
6. The dialog misbehaves as if you try to hide columns it disappears and the
user is not able to get it back
7. Close the screen and edit the rule again will show the Search dialog, but
still no results are shown even when it should
