Symptoms
For a transaction the balance is zero but still the transaction is showing transaction out balance error in the screen.
Problem Statement:

TRAN_OUT_BAL error is displayed for transactions with 0 balance
Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1. Load sale transaction such that it fails with SKU_NOT_FOUND error.
2. Correct the errors on the transaction.
3. Executed SAPREEXP
4. Executed SAPREEXP POST
5. Open the store/Day and note "Transaction Out of Balance" error is reported.
6. Open the transaction and note the balance amount is 0.00, but still transaction out of balance error is displayed.
