Symptoms
ODA has stopped responding to users.
Upon inspection for the chat widget in browser, the following error was shown:
WebSocket connection to 'wss://{{odaurl}}/chat/v1/chats/sockets/websdk?channelId={{channelid}}&userId={{userid}}' failed
Diagnosis:
- The environment has previously been working, with no change in codes, or configuration.
- Channel ID is confirmed to be correctly specified.
