Is it Possible to Delete Records from Impairment that are Stuck in "Running Post" Status? (Doc ID 2848887.1)

Under "Impair Assets" task, the asset status shows as "Running Post" for an impair process that was submitted. The process was already complete but the status still shows Running Post.
The impairment process was submitted again for the same records and the status changed to "Posted".

Is it possible to remove the records stuck in "Running post" status?
