22A Feature : Automatically Inactivate Suppliers Based on Activity is not working

There is a new feature launched in 22A :

AUTOMATICALLY INACTIVATE SUPPLIERS BASED ON ACTIVITY
You can run the Inactivate Suppliers process from the Import Suppliers or Schedule Processes pages.

Users find that this Schedule Process is not visible to those who have Supplier Manager / Supplier Administrator

Most Importantly, The Important Privilege : Schedule Inactivate Suppliers Process (ORA_POZ_AUTO_INACTIVATE_SUPPLIERS_PRIV)
is not at all visible to assign.
