Symptoms

Unifier Application 20.12.9.0 version,

When creating a Business Process record, after selecting a Base Commit in the upper form and adding a line with the 'Modify a committed line Item' function, the following error occurs.

ERROR

System Could not Process your request, Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Admin

STEPS

  1. Sign into Unifier
  2. Navigate to the impacted Business Process log
  3. Create a record, select a Base Commit in the upper form and add a line by way of the 'Modify a committed line Item' function
  4. The Generic Unifier Notification pops up.
