Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Assumed Pay was not being correctly reported to pension provider MyCSP and user made some changes to elements and balances, which initially fixed the issue

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
6 employees for whom balances reported to MyCSP, remain incorrect and need to update their YTD balances

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assumed Pay was not being correctly reported to pension provider MyCSP ;
2. User made some setup changes to elements and balances, which initially fixed the issue;
3. 6 employees for whom balances reported to MyCSP still remain incorrect and user needs to update their YTD balances
4. User is having trouble doing the balance adjustment itself. The element name is 'CSP Alpha Pension Scheme APP Adjustment' and a line appears with 'Amount', but the box for entering the amount is greyed out...
